Cancellations Policy:
Booking will be confirmed only after deposit payment; full payment must be made by the due date.
Before you book very carefully read inclusions, exclusions, terms and conditions.
Cancellations may incur fees; refunds depend on timeline and supplier policies.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Travelers must obtain valid passports, visas, and required documents. Travel insurance is recommended for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and losses. The company is not liable for disruptions due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). Travelers must meet health and vaccination requirements of the destination.
Any damages caused by traveler misconduct will be their responsibility.
Airlines, hotels, and other service providers have their own terms, which apply to the booking.
The company is not responsible for missed flights or connections due to traveler delays.
Extra charges may apply for additional services like early check-in, late check-out, or special requests. Baggage policies vary by airline; excess baggage fees are the traveler’s responsibility.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency exchange rates. Complaints must be reported during the trip; the company is not liable for issues raised after travel.
Some activities or experiences may be subject to weather conditions or local availability.
Any person sharing room with fellow travelers, and if one of them cancelled the tour, the person who is traveling alone, should be charge as a single traveler and will pay cost for single supplements before travel date.
Cancellations should be made inwriting prior 45 days to departure date and should be acknowledged by Krishna Tours And Travels LLCVia email: krishnatours3692@gmail.com.
Not Included: Visa & Air tickets and / Or any immigration fees, ETA fees, Entry fees and or Government imposed fees will be Extra, this can bechange any time and not under Krishna Tours And Travels control.
Anyone who arrives and departures after time mentions, they have to transfer themselves from airport to hotels and hotels to airport.
Please No eating in coach/ van/ train- it will cost us extra charge and customer has to cover the cost.
Travel Insurance, Portage, Any Medical Insurance and Expenses, anything not listed in Itinerar.
are not included.
Route, tours can be change any time and we are not responsible for it and can be change without advance notices
Tour cancelled, delay die to natural disaster, political situations at destinations Optional Tours Personal Expenses Resort Fee (If Applicable) period.

Meals which is not specified in Itinerary above program (if lunch will be interrupted the tours we will cancelled the lunch and will be provide local food on the go, fruits, ice cream, salad, etc.
